FAQs

Here are the answers to our most commonly asked questions, as well as some general information that may be useful.

  • Please contact us for date availability, pricing and to schedule your tour. To secure an event date we require a $2000 non-refundable down payment and a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

  • No, we do not charge a ceremony fee if you are married on property. There are countless beautiful locations for ceremonies around the farm and in fact most couples do hold the ceremony on location.

  • If you book a Friday or a Saturday you will have the property from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm when all live/amplified music must end. You and your vendors will then have an additional hour for clean-up and departures by 11:00 pm. Weekday or Sunday events must end one hour earlier.

  • Our desire is for each and every family to plan their perfect wedding day flow. We have three primary venues including the Tented Overlook (capacity 250), The Courtyard (capacity 100) and the Orchard Barn which is best used for ceremonies or cocktail hours but can accommodate a reception for 50. You will have access to all 3 venues and any open green spaces to plan your day!

  • The main historic Manor House is a private residence and hence interior access is not allowed. Photography around the home is always welcomed.

  • As of January 2024 we do not have any preferred vendors though we will be happy to give you our best recommendations for any vendor category. Caterers and bartending must be licensed and insured. We do not allow food prepared by family or friends to be brought in and we do not allow “drop off” catering.

  • Yes! For the Overlook we included 60 inch white round tables and up to 250 white padded folding chairs. For the Courtyard we supply brown rectangle farm tables and up to 100 matching brown chairs. Tables and chairs can not be switched between the venues. If a different size or style tables and chairs is desired clients are free to rent whatever they desire to be brought in.
